LEAP is led by Dominique,  a licensed nonprofit consultant certified by Maryland Nonprofits, Standards for Excellence. Dominique founded LEAP to support nonprofit leaders facing burnout while striving to make a difference. With a background in tech related to the nonprofit sector and experience serving several nonprofit boards, Dominique and her team understand the unique challenges leaders encounter. Our mission is to empower organizations to thrive through sustainable practices, helping them reclaim their passion and enhance their impact in the community.
